Win A Real Texan Meal was a raffle set up on a table where participants could do just that. On the billboard above in the instructions he/she could read many names followed by various last meals requests made by executed Texan inmates. The payer put his/her name on a card and if he was picked then he could come at a later date to eat the exact meal printed on the other side of the card.
